A lot of AI conversation still centers around replacement.
I think leverage is the better lens.
For SMBs especially, AI can help teams:
- move faster
- execute smarter
- operate with more consistency
But bad strategy + AI just scales bad strategy.
The opportunity isn’t “use AI.”
It’s: Where can AI create leverage in a business that already has strong fundamentals?
That’s a much more useful question.
